Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts through 2026 lens
- Develop strategic frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with future market landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and market intelligence reports
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven foresight impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational future-shaping initiatives
