- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 10+ year impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven frameworks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
