Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends, technologies, and socioeconomic factors impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for organizational resilience and market leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with strategic applications
- Design innovation frameworks to prototype future business models and revenue streams
- Establish KPIs to track foresight effectiveness and strategic implementation progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in predictive modeling tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or long-term trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
