Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions affecting 2026
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for AI governance, quantum computing adoption, and climate-tech integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in augmented reality and biotechnology
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-centric tech design
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of thought leaders
- Author white papers on future-of-work paradigms and sustainable business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences (e.g., World Future Society)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects with measurable impact
