Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into 5-year roadmaps
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, nanotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from CFAR or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ forecasting projects or published futurist content
