Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps integrating emerging tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Spearhead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or megatrends analysis
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience with patent analysis and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Track record of executing future-vision initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
