Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients anticipating future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, risk assessments, and opportunity briefs
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles while balancing technological advancement with human impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
