Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative future outcomes
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and drive strategic alignment
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into product innovation and business development opportunities
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and predictive models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Global perspective with cultural fluency across diverse markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
