What You Will Do
As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance neural networks that operate on quantum hardware architectures. You will define the technical roadmap for our proprietary AI engines and mentor a team of brilliant engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning models optimized for quantum computing environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale data pipelines and distributed computing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends in AI, Quantum Information Science, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Experience working with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
