- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author quarterly trend briefs and strategic foresight reports
- Design and facilitate future-backward planning workshops
- Build partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Advise C-suite on long-term risk/opportunity frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-industry trend mapping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
