Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for market entry and product innovation based on future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term vision and execution plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into measurable KPIs and business metrics
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks (required)
