Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models to stress-test business resilience against future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning our brand as the futurism authority
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Monitor emerging signals across 15+ industries using proprietary Horizon Scanning methodology
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio of published futurism work or thought leadership pieces
- Fluency in at least one additional language beyond English
