Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and scale next-generation solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on industry transformation
- Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their industry-specific implications
