Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, AI, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-proof roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports and predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
