Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation investments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into executable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on future scenarios or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic planning projects
