- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum/AI integration challenges
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in quantum/AI ethics frameworks development
- Deep expertise in biotech-technology convergence models
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and trend communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
