Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms integrated with deep learning frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize neural network models for edge devices and quantum processors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI engineering.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of system performance and reliability.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
