- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Create predictive models for industry disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen product concepts
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Economics, or Technology preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management
