- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author white papers on sustainable tech and human-machine symbiosis
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen systems in our innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, nanotech)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable plans
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
