Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (quantum, biotech, AI) to identify market opportunities by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI-driven workforce transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into strategic roadmaps
- Author predictive intelligence reports on decentralized governance and metaverse economics
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Published work on future-of-work or digital transformation trends
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in remote-first environments
- Strong grasp of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or thought leadership
