Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and policy recommendations
- Produce annual '2026 State of the Future' report with proprietary predictive models
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate moonshot technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Represent the firm at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry foresight summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of accurate trend forecasting (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Strategic Foresight (APF) strongly preferred
