- Secure $15M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals and stakeholder alignment
- Develop patentable innovations in autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Emerging Technologies
- 10+ years experience in leading disruptive tech R&D at FAANG or equivalent
- Proven track record of commercializing 5+ breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers or 15+ patents in emerging fields
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Global speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
