Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026+ market trends
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential across industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist partners and thought leaders
- Present strategic insights at global conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
