Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum-AI convergence, biometric interfaces, and ethical AI governance
- Author quarterly trend briefs on post-silicon computing paradigms and neuro-symbolic AI
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-centric interfaces (AR/VR/BCI)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in quantum-resistant security systems
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy consulting or R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Deep expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations in human-machine interaction or edge computing
