- Produce executive-ready trend reports with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research with commercialization opportunities
- Represent company at industry conferences on future technology topics
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in futurist or strategic foresight methodologies preferred
