- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and 5-year roadmaps for board-level approval
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to validate and accelerate breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption scenarios
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic futures to investors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Published work in futurist publications or at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
