Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions using AR/VR, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct foresight research to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Collaborate with global governments and Fortune 500 companies on policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Design ethical AI governance systems for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF)
