Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce scenario analyses and trend reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and validate emerging technology viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic foresight projects
