Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment priorities, and market positioning for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product ecosystems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent models
- Represent Horizon at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
