Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging tech (quantum, bio-digital, AI ethics)

- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-adjacent products/services
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech drivers: AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces
- Exceptional communication with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Prior experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
