Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefs for internal innovation teams
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis)
