Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, space exploration, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-planning models for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or equivalent impact
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on paradigm-shifting trends
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
