Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts across technology, geopolitics, and social paradigms
- Design strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Establish KPIs and innovation frameworks for future-readiness initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry forums
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future-proofing projects
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI ethics, space tech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
