Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready quantum algorithms and AI frameworks
- Architect scalable infrastructure for decentralized Web3 ecosystems
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with Stanford and MIT on breakthrough neuromorphic computing projects
- Own product lifecycle from concept to market deployment of future-tech solutions
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech specialization tracks
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven quantum/AI implementation experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent breakthrough portfolio
- Track record of scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed future-tech solutions
