Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ incorporating quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen interfaces (neural interfaces, holographic computing)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align strategy with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly impact assessments
- Present findings to industry leaders at Davos-style summits
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects (>$100M valuation)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ world-changing innovations
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or similar body
