What You'll Achieve:
You'll spearhead horizon scanning initiatives, build scenario-based futures models, and translate technological possibilities into actionable business strategies. Collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to align innovation with market opportunities and societal needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Build scenario-planning models for emerging technology disruption
- Advise executive leadership on strategic technology investments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present futures insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research outputs and strategic impact
