Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate tech)
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen products (neural interfaces, autonomous systems, biotech integration)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact windows
- Present visionary frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and investor communities
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile futurism methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published futurist research or patents in forward-looking journals
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with diverse cultural perspectives
- Advanced degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech solutions deployed at enterprise scale
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Foresight methodologies
