Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead innovation labs exploring neural interfaces and sustainable energy systems
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready consumer and enterprise solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Manage a $5M R&D budget with KPI-driven milestone tracking
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Strong network with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar institutions
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Foresight
