- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D projects that push the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Build and Mentor Teams: Recruit and lead a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
