Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support high-volume AI inference.
- Lead the design and optimization of LLMs (Large Language Models) to ensure superior performance and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining are seamless.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in AI, hardware acceleration, and cloud computing.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and guide architectural decisions across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems at scale using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI models.
