Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology architecture with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on future studies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
- Experience managing global R&D teams and multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
