Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-era technology ecosystems including quantum computing integration
- Lead R&D initiatives for neural interface prototypes and adaptive AI frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum physicists and neuroscientists on human augmentation systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging biometric and cognitive technologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
- Secure partnerships with leading academic and industrial research institutions
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven quantum/neural tech experience
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and human-centric design principles
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and neural modeling
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized emerging technology products
