Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact analysis
- Design ethical frameworks for advanced AI and biotechnology implementations
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with policy development for emerging tech regulations
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in innovation funding
