- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Create executive-level reports on competitive intelligence and emerging market opportunities
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof technology integration
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning tech innovation with ESG 2030 targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in AI, blockchain, or clean tech
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Experience with quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum innovation councils
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
