Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026-2030 innovation roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough products and services for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Present future-shaping insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and disruptive startups
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or futurism with demonstrable impact on long-term business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
