Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios for clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and disrupt market inertia
- Produce trend intelligence reports using predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders at MIT, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and disruptive business models
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
