Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureWorks Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
