Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum specialization

- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Top 1% technical aptitude (Leetcode 5000+, Kaggle Grandmaster)
