Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field

- Experience with EU AI Act and US innovation policy frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
