Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and rectify technical issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich, high-value content that aligns with user intent and search algorithms.
- Link Building: Develop and execute high-quality link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies proactively to maintain rankings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, UX designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search visibility and traffic for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture. Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
